Yes and no. At first you won't notice it, but after a few months and maybe a break in or two later, you'll start to notice the problems people are complaining about.

It's not a daily misery, but when you have plenty of great deals in other buildings in Brickell and downtown, you'll regret your decision. If the Yacht Club was cheaper than the other buildings in the area, then I would understand that I'm paying less for a lower quality product.

Do you homework and find something better for MUCH cheaper than what the Yacht Club is offering.

I agree with the answer given to you 100%. There are better deals out there, you HAVE to look. Look into The Mark (building next to it) One Plaza (brand new building giving great move in speacials, Axis, The Ivy, Wind by Neo, Brickell on the River (beautiful lofts), 1550 brickell ave (new building, upgraded!) PLEASE do your homework!!

I enjoy it here...As far as the rental price?? Well worth it..NO OWNERS!!!
No Knock on the door at 700am on a Saturday from a summons officer.
Yes, the price is a bit more but when your air conditioning goes.....
Just try to get your landlord to fix it!.. Good Luck!!
