my family and I are moving from the baltimore area and wanted to know where would be the best place to live as well as the best elementary schools in that area . i also wanted to know if anyone knew of any places that had the utilities included . if not, where would we go for that. here in baltimore , you pay one company for you heat, gas , and electric and water is almost free in every complex

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
