will my part time job and part time high school student be a problem? will it be okay if im a couple day late on rent? Or will there be a way to work around my days of working to be able to pay you on my days i get paid for mwork

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
