Actually I have been there and looked at the apartments.They seem to be nice and quiet and clean.

I have heard that they are under new mgt. I personally no longer live here but get posts about the property. I know a maintenance worker who still works there and he has told me that there are still many problems w/the property. I really would recommend that you go on the property and speak w/tennants that are currently living there. Best of luck to you.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
