did anybody break the lease for some reasons such as bugs, molds etc? if so how much do u have to pay for the break lease, did they take u to the court and fine u?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
