Yes it's from Dobbins AFB. The first few times you hear it it is very loud but that's a part of living in the area, that all homeowners and renters experience. It's very affordable for the area, adequate parking and maintenance requests are promptly answered. I just moved out in December 2007 to be closer to work.

I found the townhouse units to be well-insulated enough that the noise was rarely bothersome. Also, the planes are supposed to be in by 10:00 p.m. so you'll hear 3 or 4 go over right around that time and then they're done for the night. Not a big deal at all considering the other pluses of the community.

Im not home during the day to hear it, however I do work very close to the apartments as well and hear them at work, they are a little loud but its only for a couple of seconds. Its definitely not enough to make someone not want to live here.
