Has anyone had any problems living at whisperwood?



We live below a corp. appt and were told that people would be staying there like a few days at a time. Well this couple has moved in over a month ago and it has been complete hell. They stomp, run and drop things all the time. We have tapped on the ceiling w/ a broom handle which is code for.... could you please settle down in turn we get a first class show of river dancing over our heads. I stay home and homeschool my daughter while my husband works so it's not like I can leave for the day. They never seem to leave bc their thudding is pretty much 24/7. We have made numerous complaints to the management, verbal and written and made calls to the nightly security guard who confirmed that they indeed were stomping. They stomp so loud and hard that they actually shake our ceiling fans and our windows. We are at our wits end. We have lived in apartments before and understand that some amount of noise is to be expected. However these thunderous booms are a constant in our daily and nightly lives. They've been so loud that they've actually woke us up in the middle of the night.
