When I was there, they tacked on an additional $15 for water, trash and sewage, but you have to call and set up the electricity yourself. Call KCPL and tell them the apartment you are moving into and they will put the service in your name and begin sending you the bills.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
