YES!! 18 out of 69 good...umm PLEASE Dont move here. The reviews tell it all!! Get a sheet of paper and jot down what stands out about these apartments (thats bad) and see if almost every other person is saying the same thing. These reviews are not made up and let me tell you why. When i started reading the reviews, i thought they were outsiders (like people from other apartments) trying to make Westridges look bad and their properties look good. Low and behold, things started to happen to me and my wife. Thats when i knew these people were telling the truth. I found out the hard way and Im moving out. Look at it this way, i am willing to pay them the $1700.00 settlement fee to break my lease. That should give you something to think about. Who wants to pay an apartment that much to get out of a lease..ME!!! Its that bad!!! Move on and search for another apartment like, Aravia, Sierra Sun, etc. You will be better off. And this is what gets me...These men and women go over seas to fight for our country each and everyday..and the Westridge has the audacity to put stress on the family left behind..What soldier wants to call home and his/her family member is stressed out about the place they call home for the time being..I dont understand these ppl and I dont want to..for mine and my families sake, I am moving out. I am a firm believer that you reap what you sow!!!

Are you currently deployed? If that's the case, you can break the lease without fee. But, you have to make them do their job, otherwise they will screw you out of it. They rely on the fact that the wives are overwhelmed, young and uneducated (not in general, but in regards to their rights as citizens and military), and they use the staff turnover to account for mistakes. "Well, that person is no longer here." So, they use that as an end all be all to squash your complaints. I've found an amazing place, conveniently located - after I move in. I'll tell you all where (apartments are going fast, sorry! gotta get outta here first).

This is a little late, but it seems to be pretty hit and miss here. When you do hear things that are bad, they're bad enough to ruin your quality of living. My biggest issue is the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by the office staff. Good luck getting a call back. I'm talking weeks, if not months. If you do move in - keep your receipt for your deposit - or, they'll conveniently say that you didn't pay one. Take pictures when you move out, or they'll charge you for whatever they can. Document everything! Or, they will screw you over. Essentially, it's beyond accounting errors - it's stealing. Especially when it isn't isolated to one individual.
