BE PREPARED FOR THE CONSEQUENCES - THE VIEW IS BEAUTIFUL, THE "T' IS TIGHT THERE AND THERE IS A POOL - THOSE ARE THE PLUSES. ON THE OTHER SIDE: IF YOU NEED A N Y T H I N G FROM THE OFFICE, GOOD LUCK AS FAS AS GETTING A RETURN CALL, MAINTENANCE ETC. DON'T GET LULLED INTO A SENSE OF FALSE SECURITY BECAUSE YOU SEE A "SECURITY" PERSON IN THE LOBBY. THEY GO BETWEEN BLDGS AND LEAVE THE SIDE DOOR OPEN SO ANYONE OFF THE STREETS CAN COME INTO THE BUILDING!!!!! OFFICE WAS INFORMED - THEY DON'T CARE. SECURITY SLEEPS IN THE FUNCTION ROOM WHEN THEY SHOULD BE ON SHIFT - OFFICE WAS INFORMED - THEY DON'T CARE.

THE PICTURES IN THE HALL ARE TORN, CHANDLEIER IS DIRTY, 1/2 THE MACHINES IN THE "GYM" ARE IN OPERABLE, SAME WITH THE WASHERS & DRYERS.

YOU REALLY NEED TO WEIGH THESE FACTORS AND THE HIGH PRICE OF RENT. GOOD LUCK!

Its worse than what the ratings suggest. They lied to us telling us all utilties are included. We paid an electric bill of 100.00 each month for a small one bedroom apt.There is no way that lights and bulbs cost that much money.

Please do your self a favour and not live here.Anyone parks in the garage,and they charge the residents 50.00 dollars for parking, there are no rules. They got rid of the security Now,
No one answers the emergency number. If anything breaks they come after days to fix it.But on the other hand if you owe them even 2.00 dollars they will sending you an eviction notice.

The place is crap. really and too pricey for the area and the service sucks.

The washers and dryers dont work.The gym is so dusty and dirty.
