1 Year ok. I was there for 4. Anyway have u checked on the price the lease says for the dogs to stay? If I can recall I thought the deposit was alot and they charge per dog(i think). Remember any damages to the apartment might be blamed on the dogs. They have designated "potty" spots for the dogs and u have to clean up after them. If not cleaned up and they get a report on u I think it is $50 dollars for the offense. Love dogs so don't get me wrong here. I had everything in writing and still got screwed when I move out. Remember when moving out get things u tell them in writing for them to sign acknowledging u told them. Are u getting a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment? Try to get one on the ground level facing the parking lot. Alot easier to access apartment and moving in/moving out. If u are unsure about things ask them specifically and in detail. For instance u have a problem with your air conditioner 0r hot water heater how long does it take to fix the problem? At nearly $1000 plus a month u are going to pay for the apartment it better be fast.Garages are on first come first get bases. They run around an extra $100 per month.
There is an ongoing mold problems from the apartments. I know for a fact around windows (caulk)and in the utility closet.
I would try to find someplace else but I think u are mind set on this place. Have u tried looking for an house to rent? If going to get apartment start way early to try to find a house if plan on staying here. There isn't much price difference in my case from apartment to house payment.
