I noticed a post or two that stated there were high electric bills. Can someone please give me some feedback regarding this? Rent doesn't matter if I can't afford the bills.

I was on the 3rd floor, and if you get a place there then I'd recommend getting blackout curtains and some ceiling fans (I was paying up to $200/mo). I have since moved to the first floor, no blackout curtains and my electric bill is about $80/mo. and I keep the a/c between 73 - 80 in the summer. I'd recommend the 2nd or 1st floor NOT 3RD

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
