I have found several, but are always bug/mice infested, high crime areas, etc. Are there any no credit check apartments that are of quality?

Which apartments have you found. I am looking for any no credit check apartment complex.

My name is Jean Poitevien and I am a Real Estate Consultant specializing in rental properties in the Washington DC Metro area.
Because of the present economy and loss of employment many people are facing credit issues. Most landlords or apartment complexes are using credit checks and previous landlord references to choose which prospective tenant will move into their rental property.
