Hey! I am looking into renting at this place since it's very conveniently located in front of FIU. I keep seeing reviews in regards to some Catherine woman and small bug problems, but see nothing in relation to safety. With many students around, I figure safety might be an issue...can anyone help me decide or give me the down-low about this place? I'd really appreciate it. THANKS!
