Has anyone ever experienced "funds misappropriation" here?

They want payment by money orders, and want you to drop it off. My son lies there and they kept saying he was behind on his rent. We have the "stub" for payment, but they keep saying that could have been for anything besides rent. So I am wondering if anyone else has experienced issues like these?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
