NOT AN ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN! gate never works random people always around you dont know your neighbors. When I was there the management was horrible and maintenance was a joke.

Since we have taken over management we have made allot of changes. We have resident functions every month so you can get to know your neighbors, and have a 24 turnaround on all work orders. We are now managed by the top 3rd management co. in the nation. Please feel free to stop by and see our "wall of residents."

I had my first child there and although I didn't experience any crime there personally doesn't mean I didn't see it going on. I wouldn't bring two small kids there. I never had hot water to give my baby a bath or bottle. There cochroaches and ants all over ther place and I had a leak in my ceiling that ripped open and ruined my furniture. That took about 2.5 months for someone to even look at. So I wouldn't feel comfortable reffering someone there. Please look somewhere else.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience here in the past. But I am here to tell you that things have changed. We have replaced all 3 boilers on the whole property, leaving us with few to no problems with hot water. We also offer free pest control every week to insure that if you feel you need it we will be there. I'm also sorry you had a leak issue. All of our buildings have been re-roofed to prevent that in the future. Please come by the community and see the wonderful changes that we have made. I hope to hear from you!

dont do it! there is always problems with hot water. had to boil water to bathe. i also feel like there is not enough lighting in the complex. the outside light in my building was always out. had to use my cell phone to go up the stairs. try back one exit at the enclave or iron horse valley.

Unfortunately, this site is used mostly to vent about the frustrations of our community. Please feel free to come by our community and meet everyone, or come for one of our monthly resident functions. Remember where ever you go crime has no address. But you can judge for yourself. Go to www.sapd.com and that web site will give you all the information you need to know about our community. We also offer a 24 hour onsite courtesy officer, to make you feel more comfortable. We took over management last July. Please notice that since then the amount of comments dramatically decreased. Unfortunately, no one gets on this site to make good comments. I hope to hear from you.

During the 13 months I lived there, I saw 2 vehicle burglaries, 2 fights in the parking lot, and my license plate was stolen off of my vehicle. And there was one incident involving graffiti all over the complex, including some vehicles. Overall I would say that it's definitely worse than many other (more expensive) complexes, but you get what you pay for, and in the price range the villas are in it's probably one of the safer ones. You just have to remember the thugs don't usually live in higher-rent areas. Sometimes it's worth the higher price for safety. Oh, and the hot water comment by shelljordan is true too. The place was renovated only to look pretty.... I had to boil water on the stove to bathe at least twice a week. They turn off the water almost every day at some point, and they only warn you about half the time. The electrical rooms don't lock and doors are often left open, so if your children are the adventurous type they may get hurt in there. And the water pumps for the buildings leak often - I have alot of photos of that from when I reported them to SAWS.

Like the previous comments made I am sorry for the problems that you had here with the previous management company. But the rehab here is not just for show. Once again, crime has no address. There were 5 meth labs found at a nice community where rent started at 800 a month. Yes, crime here was an issue here. But now the qualifying of prospects has changed. No felonies or misdemeanors are allowed, which is explaining why the level of activity on this community has changed. I hope that you come take a new tour through our community and see the changes that we have made before advising others about the past that is no longer.
