I'm supposed to be moving into these apartments soon and am a little concerned due to the ratings and reviews of this website. Please help me with any comments you may have regarding this...

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
