Why live there?



I have lived here for 1 year and 4 months, i have always paid my rent, even if it is late i gladly pay the fee. I fell at work and broke my wrist and detached a main ligament in my left wrist of my dominant hand, i am a nurse. I was out of work from Nov-Feb, going back full time after multiple surgeries on my wrist. I got behind for 1 month(January), but i signed a new lease in January for 7 months. The management here @Mandarin Bay has constantly harassed me and posted insulting signs on my door in big letters DELINQUENT that anyone who wanted could see. I have asthma and now it is full blown and stress increases the chest pain and shortness of breath. I am only behind 1 month, i have told them when i get back to work and finally have a full check every month i will start paying down the balance. DEBBIE CLARK the new management has been nothing but unkind to me, she has no people skills at all. She is insulting and rude. You would think that a tenant who has signed another lease, she would be kinder to. They are advertising FREE RENT to get tenants, i ask why can't they give me FREE RENT for the month i was out of work?
I have multiple repairs that have never been taken care of. The apartment has a small unit in my son's room which is not central air and heat, in the summer it is set @ 60 degrees to at least be 80 degrees. So, with asthma you can imagine how miserable i am.
