I ask because someone hase used my info to rent a apartment and the apartment has place ajudgement against me.And I am trying to get it off of my record. Please help.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
