as for the current property owner should still be vintage properties if they havent went bankrupted yet! as for an address or number or real owner name If you cant get anywere call the better Business Burro they will find out for you.dont go to them for anything do everything in writeing and send it certifyed mail. or they'll say they never got it and the delaware judges beleave every thing they say.cover your butt!
