We pay $975/month, although I think it's now up to $1025/month since we moved in. The good thing is the landlord puts a 2 year "rent freeze" on your rent when you sign up, so your rent won't increase for 2 years. Pretty awesome.

I don't have the current pricing, but I can tell you that the 2-year "rent freeze" was the policy even when I rented there 3 years ago. Also, about 3 months into my lease, the landlord lowered my rent by $50/mo, because the market had shifted. How amazing is that? I loved living there.
