I'm thinking of moving into a 2bd/1ba in Sept 09. The apt they showed me in June looks nice. I was told the rent would be $700 (I'm not sure what the difference is between the one I saw and the $630 ones they advertise), elec would be about $130/mo in the summer and water/trash would come to about $35/mo. Most of the reviews were pretty old so I was wondering what people currently think. Thanks.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
