I was thinking of moving here. But after reading the bad reviews I am rethinking. However, the reviews are all old and I'm wondering if these complaints still hold true

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
