do they do seconc chance leasing and how does it work. i have a broken lease it was broken months early.

becausse it was due to personal situations with a truck driving company. and i am now able to be home everyday and i need a place i have a clear backgrpund and no evictions.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
