Because someone is trying to get me and my roommate to move from campus pointe to university suites. I know its alot cheaper...but we dont want to be stuck somewhere ------. Help me out!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
