Because me and some friends are looking to trying the place out, but we ahve been told several different things about the rent and how its split up if split up at all.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
