Because i m not able to pay anymore rent..i m having financial problem

You should have a copy of your lease. There will be a section about breaking your lease, consequences, and procedures. Generally, you are charged a fine. If you are a university student, seek help with the financial aid office. Perhaps they can help you find assistance. I would try not to break your lease if you can avoid it- it negatively affects your ability to rent in the future. good luck

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
