Thinking in moving to Turtle Cove apartments.



Hi all!!

I'm planing to rent an apartment in Tutle Cove. I've a few questions:

I'm expected to pay the rent, but is there any other payments that as a teenant I'm suposed to pay??? Trash removal, water, electricity,Sewer, any other expensses to be paid by the teenant.

Which one is the best area in the condominium?

Using the gym, tennis court, etc. is free, right?

What do you recomend me, floor plan or first flooor?
