I strongly advise against it. Granted I haven't lived there for a few years, but whenever I've visited Omaha the place has looked aweful. My friends from Omaha report that there are several problems there. If you're used to ghetto then go for it. However, if you're looking for a safe, comfortable place to live, there are a lot of other options in that price range.

There is new management.
they charge from $99.00-$600.00 on deposits.
I've lived here for 1 year and it isn't to bad.
getting things fixed can be a pain unless you stay on the management.
security is good,a security company goes thru the apartment parking lot every hour at night.
I've never had any crime things happen.
But I would look around before moving here.
It is a good place to live in west omaha, but you can do better if you look in the sunday newspaper.
i rent a 2 bd 1 1/2 bath . 1,050 ft apartment and the cost is $620.00.
I pay $20.00 extra every month for a small dog.
