Because my boyfriend and other friends are going to want to stay the weekend up there and I've heard that even RESIDENTS have a hard time finding parking sometimes.

There are visitor parking spots available to anyone who isn't a resident. If someone's going to be staying for a couple of days, you can go by the office and ask for a temporary parking permit and they will give you one if you can fill out the form which asks for the tag number of the car.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
