I'm wondering about renting @ 3398 E. 6th Ave. in Stillwater, Ok.
It's fairly new and I hear they've added an 8-unit to the property with an existing 16-unit. Is the rent reasonable?

I'm a current tenant there. It's owned by a couple, they are really nice. The rent is very reasonable, $400 for my 1 bedroom. I think the new units are 2 bedrooms though, and they might already all be full.

Thanks. If the "new units" are full, I heard they are planning on adding another phase. Possibly another 16-unit?
