Big difference from the deluxe to the regular 1br?

I was told that the $1175 a month 1br has an older kitchen and no dishwasher. Should I consider the $1295 Deluxe 1 br (recently rennovated... kitchen etc)? Will I be disappointed with the older one and should sacrifice for the Deluxe instead?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
