we make over what u need to make to live there,have a great refernce and both work but the credit scores is about 570? should this stop us from getting approved . anyone who live there have bad credit?

No but make sure you do not have any unsatisfied judgements from any other apartment complex on your credit. I had one that I didn't know about and I was denied.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
