I want to make sure its not going to be over my budget with all bills combined,this place looks like it could be the winner! I LIKE THE FACT THAT ITS GATED,and its actually ranked at a decent %....thanks for listening=)

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
