The fees the renters are paying for are not going towards fixing anything. Maybe it goes into the managements pockets. It's not going to landscaping.Were is it going.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
