Does it come under good public school zone? Could you please tell what are the public schools near by?

I don't know much about the schools but I'd save myself a lot of grief and find better apartments. Its not safe here. Somebody is trying to burn the place down. They keep setting of the fire alarms and then after a few false alarms the set fire to the trash room. Its happened twice. The worst part is the management does nothing about it. Why? If you visit you'll see a beautiful new office for them. So thats where their money goes. They have a nice office but nothing is invested in the saftey of the residents. There are lots of other problems but I'm sure other residents will add to this.

Right...forget about the school zone. The is the last thing to consider to move in this apt. The management office will let you regret RIGHT AFTER you sign the contract. They care NOTHING.

If you look under the category next to pricing, there is a category called Safety. It took me a few minutes to figure out, but as far as I can tell, the Chadwick is located in a neighborhood with a higher than average number of sex offenders. Sex offenders cover a wide category. Some specialize in children. If I were a parent, I would learn how to read that safety category.
