It depends on the results of your background/credit check. We were accepted right away. We have moved to the bay area, and I miss living at this place. By the pool area near the kids playground is where we lived and it was so quiet. People say bad things about this place, so NOT true. Good luck. Wish I still lived there. Building 25 is the best...very quiet.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
