I currently live here and am moving out ASAP. My roommate and I gave our notice last month and will be out by November. We have both lived in various complexes in Philly and private apt homes and rate this complex the worst place either of us have lived. Everything is true about the office staff and maintenance (we went 3 days without hot water!). It is not worth the money in the least way. And somehow there must be faulty wiring in our apt because neither of us is home most of the day and we go away a lot on the weekends but our electric bill is still over 70 bucks a month. Save yourself the cash and save your sanity.
