I know that another apartment complex in the area offers 50 bucks off rent if you made under i believe 22 or 23 k the previous year. I wonder if that's something unique to that apartment, or if others do it as well..

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
