I have a 2 bed, 2 bath off Connor drive that is about 1100 sq ft. My gas bill ranges from $40 in spring - fall and almost $200 during the winter months. I'm currently enrolled in the budget plan and pay $91 dollars a month, but I may be withdrawing from that service as it appears I may be paying more per year. Hope that helps! Oh I just remembered, because of the gas/hot water heat system these condos have, they were built with a recirculating line. What this means to you is that even if your hot water tank is turned down low, it might not be saving you money. If you recirculating valve is set too high it will cause the hot water tank to kick on more often. The best option is to set the water tank at a reasonable level (mine is at "A"). Next run your hot water until it reaches max temperature, then adjust your recirculating valve until you get a comfortable temperature. There is no need for the water to be any hotter then what you would use for a shower. The recirculating valve is piped off the water heater and is a black twisting valve with the numbers 1 through 6 on it. I keep mine around 3 and it seems to work well. Let me know if you have anymore questions and I'll see if I can explain it better.
