I have on my door yet another notice of staff invading to do seemingly pointless maintenance. This is about the third time, in this month alone!

yes, i'm getting the same notices and i'm beginning to get curious about why they're constantly in and out of my apartment...I've also become concerned w/ the cost of renting there as there seems to be a disconnect between what you pay for and what you get (i.e. water cost, landscaping, ceiling fans, etc)...Stone Ridge is becoming a very questionable place to live in my opinion.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
