What are the best places to live in State College that is not filled with college students.

I am moving there and can't figure out where to go.

Ummm its called state college because that all that is there!!! College kids are going to be every place. I would say find a place outside the area...10 miles away to be safe.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
