No, I don't believe so. But they do use some wierd program that calculates what the rent should be for the day you apply, if you wait even three days-the rent will be different.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
