no, this is the cheapest one in altoona but for me I lived here for 2 1/2 years, I regret staying for that long at first it wasn't terrible but soon afterwards everything started to fall apart you should read the reviews most of them are pretty bad. The office and management are terrible and it's definitely not worth your time or money!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
