Yes they do. Our apt had crickets that would come in from underneath the carpet and you could hear them in the middle of the night. There are also rather large cockroach like bugs that like to hang out with you. They were terrible but you would find one about once a week and usually in the kitchen.

There are better places out there for the money I think.
