I honestly cannot say whether or not there is a gang/drug problem, but I can tell you that a Frisco police officer does live on the property and does patrol through here. I have personally met and spoken with him when he was on patrol in the complex. I however after a few years of living here have decided my time here is up due to a few issues that mgmt refused to resolve correctly and promptly, so I will be leaving in a couple of months. I rarely have maint. issues, so when I request them I expect them to be attended to appropriately and in a timely manner. I have also spoken with a few of my long time neighbors and they too have said they will be moving as well due to clientele, so Sonsrena is going to be losing a some of their best resident in just a few short months. In addition, the water bills here are ridiculously high for an apt. and I have never been able to get a straight answer from both mgmt. and the third party billing company on why. If I were you, I would go elsewhere as that is my plan. Good luck if you decide to sign a lease here.
