Thanks you for your interest in our Townhomes. We have 5 different 2 bedroom floorplans. I sure that one would accommodate your needs. They all range in price and square footage. They price range is from $1400-1750 and the square footage is 922-1202. Unfortunately, I don't know what I have yet for February. However, if you wanted to put down your holding deposit down now I can give you first priority as soon as I receive a notice. Did you want to move in the 1st, middle, or end of February?
