where in nj can i find a townhouse with a washer and dryer hook up on section 8?



I am new to nj and i do have section8 i am not by far ghetto so i choose not to live in that type of atmosphere. i want somewhere where my kids are safe and there are no bad kids causing problems and NO MICE! what is it with nj and the mice infestation? i have been here 1 year and my current apartment has so many mice it is unreal. i am sick of cleaning up after them and throwing away dead mice on the traps. it is really gross. are there any cleaner place to live in nj? are there ant who have washer and dryer hook ups? I moved here with a brand new washer and dryer and can't even use it!
