Why change something that already works? And why are you not listening to complaints of tenants?

It's one thing to deal with the mailbox locations, and having only one recycling bin but to replace the trash bins that work for the tenants with compactors that are so far and inconvenient was too much. Do you think you are preventing critters and crows from getting the trash? Think again. The compactors gets so full sometimes that the trash is overflowing through the weekend. Also, there is more maintenance cost in keeping those pricey compactors in running condition.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
