I lived in Signature Park from May-December, and it is DEFINITELY higher than most other complexes. I did live on the 3rd floor, which accounts for some of the higher electric bill..but it should not cost as much as it did in utilities! I lived in a 4 bedroom house before moving to Signature Park, and it costs much less in utilities there!
Signature Park was an ok place to live, but if I were you I would definitely look at other places. The management does not have it all together there and it can be quite annoying!!!

Well, depends on your floorplan. We have a B3, the largest 2 bedroom plan, and I like to think we conserve a little bit by turning of lights not in use, using CFL bulbs and such. I think our highest has been like $165. This past month it was $149. I also should note we have a second floor unit. That may have something to do wuth it.
